On Tuesday, May 23, Newington Art League, Inc. President, Pat Tanger, was honored to receive a proclamation in honor of the art leagues 40 years in Newington. The proclamation was read at the Town Council meeting by Newington Mayor Beth DelBuono after which several town council members commented in recognition of the services the art league has provided over the years. The council voted unanimously in favor of the proclamation which was then presented to Pat Tanger.
The Newington Art League, Inc. members and their guests will celebrate the Holidays in the beautiful, newly painted, historic Kellogg-Eddy House this year.
