Waterfall Festival and Chalk Walk 2023

The Newington Waterfall Festival takes place on Saturday, September 23, 2023 on Market Square in Newington.  The festival includes activities for the whole family including business and craft vendors and live entertainment. (The Newington Art League will have a booth with information about becoming a supporter of the arts in Newington.) 

The Newington Art League runs the Chalk Walk which is a key feature of the Waterfall Festival event. The Chalk Walk is open to Children age 8-10, Juniors age 11-15 and Adults age 16 and up. Flyers go out to the Newington Schools in early September and are available to download from the Chamber of Commerce Waterfall Festival and will be available at the event. The spaces are limited to 36 artists and it is first come first served.
