October Members Show at Lucy Robbins Welles Library
The Newington Art League will hold its annual fall members exhibit in the Community Room of the Lucy Robbins Welles Library from October 1- October 30. NAL members (don’t forget to renew your membership in September) may submit up to 3 pieces at $10 each. the drop off will be October 1 from 3-5 pm. There will be an opening on Tuesday evening from 5-7 pm, exhibitors should plan on attending and bringing a finger food.
While there will not be a juror of awards for this show, there will be People’s Choice awards, the amount depending on the number of submissions. The general public will be able to vote for their favorites, so let friends, neighbors and family know to go see the exhibit and vote. We will not announce the awards until the October regular members meeting. The take down of the show will happen on October 30 from 11 – 1. Please mark your calendars so you remember to pick up your work.
